PEPPER PASTE PRODUCTION LINE
A paste-like food obtained by extracting the juice of peppers and evaporating the water under vacuum to reach the desired brix level. Pepper paste is made only from peppers, and red pepper is generally preferred. The spiciness of the pepper determines the spiciness level of the pepper paste.
