Our History
Our company started its business life in 1985 with sales and marketing activities in the dairy products trade, farming and delicatessen. After nine years of sectoral experience, in 1994, we diversified into jam production from dairy products by acquiring Sultan Bacı, one of Turkey's established brands.
During this period, our company achieved 4% of the Turkish market in jam production and also produced chocolate cream under the same brand. In addition to the domestic market, we also took part in international markets with export activities.
Our company, which started to design its own food machinery in the jam production process, transferred the Sultan Bacı brand in 2004 with the knowledge and experience it gained; turned its area of expertise into food and machine consultancy. During these years, it has traveled an important path by providing consultancy services to leading food companies in Turkey.
In 2007, the FRUMAK Brand was born in the light of these experiences.
Today, FRUMAK is one of the few companies that designs production and filling lines in many food fields, and maintains its market leadership especially in Jam & Marmalade Production Lines and Vacuum Kettles.
We continue to be a strong solution partner not only in production and filling line manufacturing, but also in turnkey factory installation, recipe development, brand creation and sectoral consultancy.

Our vision as FRUMAK is to offer innovative solutions to the changing needs of the sector; to become known all over the world, not just in Turkey, thanks to the technologies we develop through R&D activities.
While defending functionality, with an approach that does not compromise on aesthetics; We see it as our biggest goal to carry the labor of our engineers and manufacturing team into the future with patented products, inventions and utility model studies.

Since the 1990s, we have been applying our experience in food production in the field of turnkey Fruit-Vegetable Processing, Food Production and Filling Lines and food facility installation since 2007. We also produce custom-designed individual machines according to customer needs.
